Island-wide event concierge · Ibiza & Formentera

One message. The right people for your event in Ibiza.

Ibiza Event Partners plans full events across Ibiza and Formentera, built on years of working relationships with the island's leading venues, chefs, and production crews. Tell us your event type, date, guest count and budget; we assemble the right people around your event, usually within one working day. Private parties, corporate events, weddings, birthdays and brand activations, in season and out.

What we plan

Five kinds of events, one point of contact

We are not a venue and we do not push one portfolio. We know who actually delivers on this island (which villas genuinely permit events, which caterers hold up at 120 covers, which crews still answer the phone in August) and we assemble the right ones around your event. Suppliers are what we build with, not a menu to book from one at a time.

Private parties

Villa parties, boat days, beach-club takeovers and dinners that turn into dancing. Venues that are actually licensed for music, plus chefs, DJs, bars and security sized to your night.

Weddings

Fincas, clifftop villas and beach restaurants; celebrants, catering, flowers and music. Straight answers on legal-vs-symbolic ceremonies, noise rules and what things typically cost.

Weddings in Ibiza →

Birthdays

Milestone birthdays done properly: villa dinners with a chef, beach-club long lunches, boat charters to Formentera, or a full weekend combining all three.

Brand activations

Product launches, pop-ups, press trips and shoots. Venue buyouts, permits, local production, staffing and logistics for agencies and brands landing on the island.

Not sure which box you fit?

Most events are a mix. Send us what you know: even "40 people, mid-September, good food, somewhere near the water" is enough to start.

How it works

Brief us once. We find the right team.

This works because our relationships already exist: years of working with the island's venues, chefs, crews and captains means we know who genuinely delivers, and they pick up when we call.

  1. Send your brief (2 minutes). Event type, date or month, guest count, budget band, and whether you already have a venue or villa. The form below takes two minutes; email works too if you would rather write it out.
  2. We match and check (usually within a day). We shortlist venues and suppliers that fit your date and budget, and we check the boring-but-critical things first: event licences, noise limits, capacity, and whether your villa contract even allows a party.
  3. You book direct, we stay on hand. You deal directly with the venue and suppliers and pay them directly at their own prices. We stay in the loop through the event in case anything needs fixing fast.

Typical budgets, honestly stated

These are typical 2026-season ranges from quotes we see, not fixed prices. Every event is quoted individually by the suppliers.

Areas covered

The whole island, plus Formentera day events

Where you base an event changes everything: transfer times, noise tolerance, villa stock, and what a "beach dinner" can legally look like. We work across:

  • Ibiza Town & Dalt Vila
  • Talamanca & Marina Botafoch
  • Playa d'en Bossa
  • San José & the south-west
  • Cala Jondal & Es Cubells
  • San Antonio & the sunset strip
  • Santa Eulalia & the east coast
  • Santa Gertrudis & the interior
  • San Juan, Portinatx & the north
  • Benirràs
  • Formentera (day events)

Rough rule of thumb: the south and east are closest to the airport and most tolerant of late music at licensed venues; the north is quieter, stricter on noise, and unbeatable for retreats and daytime events.

FAQ

Straight answers about events in Ibiza

When is the events season in Ibiza?

The main season runs May to October, with June to September the busiest and most expensive months. Club opening parties land in late April and May, closings in early October. November to April is quiet: some venues close, but the villas, hotels and crews that stay open offer noticeably better rates and availability.

How far in advance should I book an event in Ibiza?

Typical lead times: weddings 9–18 months for peak-season Saturdays; corporate events and retreats 3–6 months; villa parties and birthdays 4–8 weeks in season, less off-season. Short-notice jobs are often possible midweek or in May, June and October. Ask, and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your date.

Can you play loud music at a villa in Ibiza?

Only within limits. Many rental villas ban events outright in the contract, and outdoor amplified music at residential villas generally has to stop around midnight (often earlier, depending on the municipality and the neighbours). A small number of properties and licensed venues (agroturismos, event fincas) can host music later. We check the licence position before anything is booked, because a shut-down party at 11pm is the most expensive mistake on this island.

How much does a villa party in Ibiza cost?

As a typical range, a catered villa party for around 50 guests runs €6,000–€15,000+ on top of the villa itself: catering or private chef typically €80–€180 per head, DJ from roughly €400 to €1,500+, plus sound, lighting, bar staff and security where needed. Every job is quoted individually by the suppliers. We'll give you real numbers for your brief, not a brochure.

How much does a wedding in Ibiza cost?

Most full weddings we see for 60–100 guests land in a typical range of €40,000–€100,000+ covering venue, catering, styling, music and logistics. Smaller ceremonies with a dinner can come in well under that. Peak-season Saturdays at sought-after venues sit at the top of the range. More detail on our Ibiza weddings page.

Do you charge clients for your service?

Our fee comes from the venues and suppliers we introduce: you contract them directly at their own prices, with no markup. That's how established referral work operates on the island, and it keeps our advice honest: we only earn when the right people get your event. Larger bespoke productions are scoped and quoted transparently before you commit to anything.

Can you book me just a DJ, chef or villa?

No. We work on full events: a date, a guest count and several suppliers to coordinate. If you only need one thing (a DJ for Friday, a chef for one dinner, a boat for an afternoon), you'll do just as well going direct to a supplier, and we'd tell you so anyway. If your night grows into an actual event, come back and we'll happily build the rest around it.

Which areas of Ibiza do you cover?

The whole island: Ibiza Town and Talamanca, Playa d'en Bossa, the south-west from San José to Cala Jondal and Es Cubells, San Antonio and the sunset strip, Santa Eulalia and the east coast, Santa Gertrudis and the interior, and the north around San Juan, Portinatx and Benirràs. We also arrange day events on Formentera.

Can we hold an event on a beach in Ibiza?

On a public beach you need permission from the local council and the coastal authority, which takes time and is often refused in peak season. In practice most "beach" events in Ibiza happen at licensed beach restaurants and beach clubs. You get the sand and the sunset without the permit risk. Where a date and location make a genuine beach permit realistic, we can pursue it.

How do boat and yacht parties work in Ibiza?

Charters run from small licensed boats for 8–12 guests, typically €1,000–€4,000 per day in season, up to large yachts and catamarans at €10,000+ per day. All charters come with a licensed skipper, guest numbers are capped by the boat's licence, and popular dates in July and August book out weeks ahead. A classic format: day charter to Formentera with lunch on board or ashore, back for sunset, then dinner or a club.

We already have a villa booked. Can you build a party around it?

Yes, and it's one of the most common requests we get. First we check whether your rental contract actually allows an event: many prohibit parties, and breaching that can cost you the deposit or the whole booking. If it's allowed, we bring in catering, bar, music, furniture and staff sized to the property. If not, we'll tell you quickly and suggest a licensed alternative nearby.

Can you organise events in Ibiza outside the summer season?

Yes. November to April is a good window for corporate retreats, team offsites and private dinners: rates are lower, roads and restaurants are quiet, and the best crews are available. The trade-off is that many beach clubs and some hotels close for winter, so venue choice narrows to villas, agroturismos, restaurants and hotels that stay open year-round.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

During the season we aim to reply to every enquiry by email within a few hours, and within one working day at most. You'll get a short set of questions if anything is missing, then matched supplier options with typical pricing, not a vague brochure.
